We're sorry to hear something about our service is making you unhappy. When things go wrong, we want to know so we can put them right as quickly as possible. Please get in touch with us, we record all complaints and keep them on record for 2 years.
Where we can not resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
